Duality Design builds its identity around two contrasting D forms, reflecting the distinct personalities of its two founders and the creative tension between them
Duality Design is an independent design studio founded by two designers with distinct creative personalities. The identity begins with the studio’s initials — DD — using two contrasting D forms as a visual metaphor for difference, dialogue, collaboration, and the creative tension between two perspectives.
The system expands the letter D into a flexible graphic language. Through repetition, transformation, cropping, and recombination, the D becomes both an identity element and a modular pattern used across promotional graphics, editorial layouts, and studio communications.
